ANI Direct has been in business since Nov 2001...Almost 10 years!
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in Data Protection solutions (Encryption, Data Loss Prevention, Firewall/Intrusion Protection) from our core partners like McAfee, Symantec, Websense and CISCO-IronPort. We also provide 411 phone support and on site installation and knowledge transfer training too.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We were laid off from Network Associates when they dissolved our business unit (PGP)and knew that eventually PGP would be back stronger than ever so we took a chance and started our company with key PGP engineers and managers. We made a lemonade stand with the lemons we were handed and never looked back. We are now considered the go to partner for Encryption and Data Loss Prevention technology and professional consulting services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have experienced security specialist and engineers on staff that can help you source, purchase and deploy complicated Encryption and Data Loss Prevention solutions and we can provide our customers with on going 411 phone support from our team of security engineers. We have superior partnerships and certifications with McAfee, Symantec, PGP, Websense, CISCO-IronPort, Fortinet, TriGeo and SonicWALL.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We provide nationwide sales and services from our head quarters in Addison, TX. Currently we have just 1 location but we do plan to expand with satellite locations in major markets with in the next 3-5 years.

We are conveniently located at 4006 Belt Line Rd, Ste 275, Addison, TX 75252 (Dallas County). We are near many of the finest restuarants on Belt Line Rd (West of the Tollway) so lunch appointments are easy. Our cross streets are Belt Line Rd and Surveyor Blvd.
What type of payments do you accept?
Net 30 Purchase orders, Major Credit cards (AMEX, Mastercard and Visa). SmartPay Financing/Leasing options available with approved credit.
Which areas do you service?
We focus on B2B sales with companies that are typically 250-5000 employees in size. Enterprise, Financial, Healthcare and Insurance verticals are our trypical clients. We don't work in the non-profit sector.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Company is owned by 3 partners (Dan Luna, Chris Jackson and Steve Duncan). We a team of managers that are in charge of our sales, accounting/finance and engineers.
What are your hours of operation?
We can be reached anytime between 8am - 6pm M-F.
